I registered for an account (obviously since I'm posting to the forum). I can log into sirens and I read the README.txt file (the whole thing) but I'm not sure what to do next. I don't have a sirens tab on my account properties. I think I'm missing something. Am I supposed to have an account to log into the other two servers or am I supposed to hack my way in from the wargames account?

You aren't straight out told any logins other than the gateway, beyond that you need to look around, check things out, there are things to hack and usernames/passwords laying around.
